Boomer Fitness is passionate about helping our members achieve their fitness and performance goals. Designed specifically for those over 35, we provide a unique and fresh approach to fitness. By offering customized workouts that address muscle imbalances and improve strength, flexibility, cardio and balance, we can improve performance in day-to-day activities as well as recreational sports. Our performance training will provide noticeable results, faster. Hence our slogan “Workout Smarter – Not Harder!”.
A team of health and fitness professionals designed our programs where the exercises are easier to do right than wrong, thereby reducing the risk of injuries. Using hydraulic equipment, exercise balls, resistance bands and cardio equipment we have created a spine and joint-friendly environment.
To ensure our clients perform all exercises correctly, every member is given a one-on-one orientation on how to properly perform each exercise. In addition, a fitness consultant is on the floor at all times to help ensure the equipment is used correctly.
With a focus on improving core strength and flexibility we can help our members gain more energy and better balance while helping them protect their back. For most fitness facilities, flexibility is an afterthought. At Boomer Fitness we offer 15 different stations, with each station dedicated to a specific stretch.
Something else that makes us unique is our golf and tennis conditioning programs. In just six weeks, these programs can improve a player's game dramatically!
Finally, we strive to improve our members' health, and increase their understanding of their muscular imbalances. This knowledge helps them to eliminate their body’s existing limitations, thus enhancing their every day lives and recreational sports performance.
