OUR WORKOUTS

We create customized workouts for each member based on their goals, schedule, and fitness level. By customizing the workouts you can see results faster! To keep it fresh while maximizing your body's performance we alter the workouts every 2 weeks. Our workouts range from 15 – 45 minutes in length allowing you to work at the pace and intensity best suited for you. To ensure that you are using the equipment correctly there is a fitness trainer on the floor to offer individual guidance and attention. We want you to have fun while achieving results you never thought possible.

For those wanting to improve your overall fitness we offer a general and a sprint workout. and for those wanting to improve their game we offer a golf as well as a tennis workout.

All our workouts include a warm up, cardio/strength stations, and flexibility stations. For most fitness facilities, flexibility is an afterthought. They typically provide a mat in the corner. We offer 15 different flexibility stations, each dedicated to a specific stretch.
